You’ve gotta love a restaurant that only seats 80, yet boasts an 800-strong wine list. That’s not over-kill, that’s mouth-watering! There are 29 wines by the glass, many from Europe, they also offer half bottles. Spend some time trawling for the small, adventurous winemakers peppered throughout. Most of all we appreciate the synergistic harmony operating between the wines and Pearl’s fabulous food.
