Burrata is a creamy fresh cow’s milk cheese of stretched curd and cream inside a mozzarella skin. Pierce the skin so the cream spills out, creating a beautiful sauce. Try it with prawns, grilled vegetables, in soup or on top of a salad using these recipes.
